The seller publishes shipping prices but no shipping policy. Here is what is known, and what to ask.
What the seller states
Very little. The order page shows free U.S. shipping on the three- and six-bottle packs and $9.95 on the two-bottle pack. There is no shipping policy page, no named carrier, no processing time and no delivery estimate. The only address is the return point, 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278, a third-party fulfillment warehouse.
What to expect, and what to do
- A confirmation email right after checkout, with your order number.
- A tracking number by email when the parcel ships. If none arrives within a few business days, contact support.
- Delivery to U.S. addresses only, in the offers we reviewed.
- Signature is not usually required; if your mail is unsecured, consider a delivery address where parcels are safe.
Lost, late or damaged parcels
Contact the seller at +1 (833) 200-4172 or [email protected] with your order number. Photograph any damage before opening. Do not take capsules from a bottle with a broken seal. Keep track of dates, because the refund window runs from purchase, not from delivery.
Why we do not publish delivery times
Several supplement guides list hubs, temperature-controlled warehouses and carrier promises that the seller never stated. We will not. When the seller publishes a shipping policy, this page will quote it.
