MindVault Bottle Check: An Eight-Point Arrival Checklist

Two minutes with the bottle before the first capsule: confirm what you received and record what a refund or a safety report would need.

Checked November 3, 2026Matched to the seller's own pages

Why check the bottle, and why there is no lot lookup here

Some supplement sites offer a box where you type a batch number and receive a "verified" stamp. Unless the brand publishes a database of real lot test results, such a lookup cannot verify anything, so we do not offer one. What you can do, in two minutes, is check that the bottle you received matches the product you paid for, and note the details you would need for a refund or a reaction report.

The arrival checklist

0 of 8 checks done.

The checkboxes stay in your browser only; nothing is sent anywhere.

What to record

Take a photo of the side panel and the lot number, and file it with your order email. Copy the amounts on the panel into the worksheet on the Supplement Facts page, and if they differ from our reference values, tell us at [email protected]. If anything is wrong, such as a broken seal, missing panel or different product, contact the seller at +1 (833) 200-4172 or [email protected] before opening the bottle.

If you have a reaction

The lot number is the most useful detail in an adverse event report. Stop taking the capsules, keep the bottle, and see the reporting steps on the Side Effects page.

Run MindVault as a measured 60-day test

The order completes on the brand's own BuyGoods checkout. Before the first capsule, show the bottle to your pharmacist if you take any prescription, note three everyday memory slips you want to track, keep the confirmation email and the return form from the box, and decide by week seven whether to mail the bottles back while the window is still open.
