How to use this FAQ

Forty-three answers, each starting with the direct answer and then the reason. Questions are grouped so you can jump to the part that matters to you. For the reasoning behind the dose estimates, see the Supplement Facts page; for interactions in detail, the Side Effects page.

Two facts shape many answers below. First, the seller publishes ingredient names but no milligrams, so any dose is an estimate from a matching reference formula. Second, two ingredients, caffeine and huperzine A, act on the body like drugs, which is why so many answers end with "ask your pharmacist." If your question is not here, write to [email protected]; questions about an order belong with the seller.

About the product

What is MindVault?

A memory and focus capsule for adults 45 and older, sold as a dietary supplement by getmindvault.com through BuyGoods. The seller names ten ingredients: niacin, vitamin B6, GABA, L-tyrosine, caffeine, bacopa, phosphatidylserine, alpha GPC, L-theanine and huperzine.

Is it Mind Vault or MindVault?

Both refer to the same capsule. The bottle and the seller write Mind Vault; many searchers type MindVault. It is unrelated to software products that use the same name.

Who makes MindVault?

The seller does not name a manufacturer. It says the capsule is made in the USA in an FDA-registered facility. The ingredient list matches a U.S. private-label formula, which suggests a contract manufacturer.

Is MindVault a medicine?

No. It is a dietary supplement, which means it was not reviewed or approved by the FDA and may not claim to treat any disease.

Is MindVault FDA approved?

No supplement is FDA approved. An FDA-registered facility is a building on a list, not an approval of the product or its claims.

What does the bottle look like?

White with a white cap, two navy bands and a faceted light-blue label reading Mind Vault, “Advanced cognitive support formula for seniors,” with a 30-capsule badge.

How many capsules are in a bottle?

Thirty, one month at the seller's serving of one capsule a day.

Ingredients and doses

How much of each ingredient is in MindVault?

The seller does not say. The matching private-label formula lists niacin 8 mg, vitamin B6 5 mg and a 255 mg blend of the other eight, without individual amounts.

How much caffeine does MindVault contain?

Unpublished. In the reference blend, caffeine is third of eight, which caps it at about 85 mg per capsule. The FDA cites 400 mg a day as an amount not generally linked to harm in healthy adults[5].

What is huperzine A?

A club moss alkaloid that blocks acetylcholinesterase, the same target as donepezil[3]. It is a licensed dementia medicine in China[1].

Is the bacopa dose high enough?

Probably not. Trials used 300 mg a day for about 12 weeks[6]; as the fourth blend ingredient, bacopa can weigh at most about 63 mg.

Does MindVault contain phosphatidylserine?

Yes, as a 20% sunflower extract in the reference formula, which means roughly 10 mg or less of actual phosphatidylserine. The positive 1991 trial used 300 mg[7].

Is alpha GPC safe?

Generally well tolerated at supplement doses. A Korean study of 12 million adults linked prescribed alpha GPC with higher stroke risk[4]; it cannot prove cause, and the doses were much larger than this blend allows.

Is MindVault gluten-free, vegan or non-GMO?

The seller shows a non-GMO badge but publishes no other-ingredients line. The reference capsule uses a vegetable shell; confirm on your bottle.

Safety and interactions

Can I take MindVault with donepezil, rivastigmine or galantamine?

Not without your prescriber. Huperzine A has the same action, so the effects and side effects can add up: nausea, vomiting, sweating and a slow heart rate.

Can I take it with blood pressure or heart medicines?

Ask first. Huperzine can slow the heart, which matters with beta-blockers and digoxin; caffeine can raise blood pressure and trigger palpitations.

Can I take it with thyroid medicine?

Ask first. L-tyrosine is a building block of thyroid hormone, and the timing of levothyroxine matters.

Can I take it with antidepressants?

Ask your prescriber. Tyrosine with MAO inhibitors is a known concern, and fluvoxamine sharply raises caffeine levels.

Is MindVault safe for people with asthma or epilepsy?

Cholinesterase inhibitors carry warnings for asthma, COPD and seizure disorders. Talk to your doctor before using a huperzine product.

Can I take MindVault while pregnant or breastfeeding?

No. There is no safety data, and caffeine and huperzine A are reasons to avoid it.

Should I stop before surgery?

Yes. Stop at least two weeks before planned surgery and tell the anesthetist, because cholinesterase inhibitors interact with some anesthesia drugs.

What side effects should make me stop?

Fainting, a very slow or irregular pulse, chest pain, severe stomach symptoms, or confusion that gets worse. Report reactions to MedWatch[16].

Using it and results

When should I take MindVault?

In the morning with breakfast, because of the caffeine. One capsule a day with 6 to 8 oz of water.

Can I take two capsules for a stronger effect?

No. That doubles the unknown caffeine and huperzine doses. Stick to one a day.

How long until it works?

Any quick lift is likely caffeine. Memory ingredients with trial support needed about 12 weeks at higher doses; the refund window is 60 days.

Will MindVault help with dementia?

No evidence says so. Dementia needs medical care; the medicines and monitoring that help are prescribed[10].

Is my forgetfulness normal?

Occasional lapses that do not disrupt daily life are common with age. Getting lost, repeating questions or trouble managing bills are reasons to see a doctor[9].

Can I take MindVault with coffee?

Yes, but count it as extra caffeine. If you drink several cups, reduce one.

Can MindVault prevent memory loss?

No supplement has been shown to prevent cognitive decline[11]. Blood pressure control, hearing care, exercise and not smoking have better evidence[12].

Ordering and price

Where can I buy MindVault?

From the seller's site, getmindvault.com, which checks out through BuyGoods. Our buttons lead to that same checkout.

How much does MindVault cost?

Two bottles $136 plus $9.95 shipping, three bottles $174, or six bottles $228, both shipped free. That is $68, $58 or $38 a bottle.

Is there a subscription?

The seller says it is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.

What are the bonuses?

On three or six bottles: a sleep-meditation audio, a “Hear Again” PDF on ear complaints and a rheumatoid-arthritis “Relief Kit” PDF.

How long does shipping take?

The seller does not publish delivery times or carriers. Ask support for tracking if you hear nothing within a few business days.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

The offers we reviewed are for U.S. addresses only. Ask the seller about other countries.

Are the reference prices real?

We found no store selling MindVault at the $99 per bottle used for its savings banners. Pricing guides expect comparison prices to be genuine[15].

Refunds and support

How long is the guarantee?

60 days after purchase, per the returns page.

How do I start a refund?

Call +1 (833) 200-4172 (Monday to Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific) or email [email protected], then mail the bottles with the return form to 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278.

Do I have to return empty bottles?

The policy says to send the product back. Send everything you received, opened or not, with the return form.

Who pays for return shipping?

You do. The policy states plainly that return shipping costs are not covered.

How long does the refund take?

The seller says 3 to 5 days after your parcel arrives, followed by an email. Card credits can take several more days to post.

Can I keep the bonuses if I return the bottles?

Yes. The returns page says you can keep digital products.

Is this site the MindVault company?

No. This is an independent guide that earns a commission on orders. For orders and refunds, contact the seller.

Questions we cannot answer yet, and why

Some of the most useful questions about MindVault have no public answer on November 3, 2026. We list them so you know where the gaps are, rather than filling them with guesses:

  • Exact milligrams. Without a published panel, every amount on this site is a reference value or a ceiling. The bottle itself will tell you more than any website.
  • Manufacturer and lot testing. The seller names no factory, laboratory or certificate. We will add them if the seller publishes them or a reader sends a clear photo of the panel and lot number.
  • Delivery times and carriers. No shipping policy is published. Your confirmation email and the support line are the only sources.
  • Which refund deadline applies. The returns page says both "60 days after purchase" and "no later than 365 days after we shipped." We recommend acting within 60 days and asking for written confirmation of anything longer.
  • Whether it works. No trial of the finished capsule exists. The ingredient studies tell us what the components can do at their own doses, mostly in people with dementia[8][1], not what this capsule does for a healthy adult.

Questions to bring to your doctor or pharmacist

If you are over 45 and take any regular medicine, a short conversation before the first capsule is worth more than any FAQ. Take the bottle, or a photo of its side panel, and ask:

  1. "Does huperzine A interact with anything I take, especially for memory, heart rate, bladder control, allergies or breathing?"[3]
  2. "Is the caffeine in this a problem for my heart rhythm, blood pressure, sleep or eyes?"[5]
  3. "Could L-tyrosine affect my thyroid medicine or any antidepressant?"
  4. "Is there a reason for my forgetfulness that we should check first, such as thyroid, B12, sleep apnea, hearing or a medicine side effect?"[9]
  5. "If I try it, what should make me stop, and how should I report a reaction?"[16]

Most pharmacists will answer these in a few minutes at the counter, without an appointment. Their answer is specific to you in a way that no website, including this one, can be.

How these answers are kept current

Funnel prices, bonuses and policy wording change without notice, so every answer on this page is tied to a check date. On November 3, 2026 we re-read the sales page, the FAQ, the references page, the returns page and the three checkout links, and matched every price and policy line here against them. When the seller changes something, we update the affected answers and the date at the top of the page.

You can help. If your bottle's Supplement Facts panel differs from our reference values, if the checkout shows a different price, or if a refund went differently from what the policy describes, write to [email protected] with the date and, if possible, a photo. We publish corrections without names, and we never share reader emails with the seller.
